Ordering:
The Cypriana Web Store is open all day, every day! Place an order at your convenience using our online shopping cart. For phone orders and inquiries, Cypriana is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time), Monday through Friday.
- Cypriana accepts debit cards, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
- We do not accept American Express, COD orders or checks.
- Orders sent via UPS ground will incur exact shipping charges.
- Orders shipped within Washington State will include 9.5% sales tax.
- We do not accept International orders at this time.
Return Policy:
At Cypriana, we believe that all of our products are of the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it for a full refund, store credit or exchange it for another item.
- REFUNDS ARE GRANTED FOR RETURNS RECEIVED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT OF THE ITEM.
- ALL returns must arrive at our warehouse in their ORIGINAL CONDITION and ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Items that have been used or washed are non-returnable.
- ALL returns MUST include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please call Cypriana at 253-929-6197 to obtain this RMA number.
- Some items are subject to a restocking fee. If this fee applies to your item, we will notify you of the fee when we provide the RMA number.
- Please be sure to clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package you are returning. Cypriana reserves the right to refuse any package that is returned without an RMA number.
- We cannot refund shipping charges.
Shipping:
Our customers are very important to us, so we use UPS as our shipping agent. They offer super service and a very efficient package tracking service via the web. UPS orders incur exact shipping charges. Cypriana does not charge a handling fee.
- Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
- FREE Shipping on orders of $150.00 or more - Orders of $150.00 or more addressed to a physical location (sorry, no PO Boxes) within the contiguous United States qualify for free UPS Ground shipping.
UPS Ground: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days. This includes 3-5 business days in transit, plus 1-2 days for order processing time. Please note that the estimates use business days. UPS does not count either Saturday or Sunday as shipping days. Additionally UPS does not count the day the package shipped as a "shipping day."
Express Shipments are available: UPS NEXT DAY, UPS 2 DAY, and UPS 3 DAY. Remember to include shipping days plus order processing time.
- UPS does not ship to PO boxes so be sure that you include a valid street address with your order.
- Alaska & Hawaii: We gladly ship orders to Alaska and Hawaii. The only caveat is that the shipping fee is higher. UPS will only ship using air service including Next Day Air and Second Day Air. Cypriana will ship orders to Alaska & Hawaii using the UPS Second Day Air service.
- Cypriana will send you an e-mail with shipping and/or tracking information when your items are shipped.
- Cypriana is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If a package is scanned as “delivered,” the package is not replaceable.
- Please use a delivery address that has a secure location where the carrier can leave your package. Unless the mistake is ours, items that are returned to us due to an insufficient address will be charged the actual shipping amount required to reship the package.
- If you have ordered an item(s) and we find that it is back-ordered with our supplier, you will be notified immediately by e-mail or phone.
Privacy Policy:
We value your privacy. Your personal information (name, e-mail address, phone number, home address, order history and payment information) will not be shared or sold to any individual or company for any reason, unless required by court order.
